Project Abstract:
The Employee Information Management is a system widely used
for accessibility of employees’ profile.
It features registration and maintenance of the central
database for all personnel. Among the information stored for each employee
include their corporate information, personal data, academic qualifications,
past work experiences and training records, to name a few. A search feature and
report generator allows for quick referencing and exporting of individual
records.

Project Information Management
Project Abstract:
This system is very useful for company’s project operations.
It allows the registration and maintenance of the different project engagements
and captures information such as the nature of the project, the technologies
involved, the client, and the manpower assigned to the project.
Reports can be generated to display a summary view of
individual projects, and to show the overall experience (in months) of
individual employees in the use of particular programming languages and
project-related tools.

The Employee Locator is a security system that allows quick
viewing of an employee's last known location based on his entrance and exit
logs at the different office locations.
These logs also measure the length of time an individual has
stayed at a particular office location, as well as the time the employee has

This user-friendly product handles the daily logging in and
out of personnel. It makes monitoring of employees daily time record easy for
the HR Department, Project Managers & even to the top management.
It records logs of everyone's attendance using the proximity
cards issued to each employee and sends notifications to supervisors and
managers in case the Company's normal work schedule policy has been violated
(due to tardiness, un-excused absences, and undertime conditions). The Company
Calendar of holidays and special events is defined in this system. Summary
reports can be generated to display daily attendance statistics.
