Proven Track Record
Since its birth in 1989, the pioneers and the
generations thereafter of TSPI
employees have always worked hard to build on the company’s track record. Knowing fully well how word goes around,
TSPI has worked its way from one satisfied customer to another. Starting with 2 NEC subsidiaries,
TSPI’s growing clientele, like other NEC subsidiaries, Mobile Computing Technologies, International Digital Solutions, SHARP and a host of many others, and their continued patronage only shows that
TSPI will continue to build its reputation and remain as a player in this increasingly competitive, global industry.
World Class, Well-Trained IT Professionals
Our employees are highly skilled software professionals who are not only proficient in their field but also trained and experienced to work in a multilingual, multi-cultural team setting. They have been exposed and known to remain steadfast and composed in an intense and stringent development environment.
We understand that in software development, aside from technical expertise, communication and interpersonal skills play key roles in the success of projects and in building long-term relationships with our clients. That is why we make sure that our engineers are not only technically savvy but also well-rounded, discerning individuals.
Everything starts from recruitment. We recruit only those with excellent academic and unquestionable character and integrity. Our employees are all graduates of computer engineering, computer science, electronics and communications engineering or electrical engineering courses from selected reputable universities.
We deploy our employees to our clients only after having successfully gone through a 6-month rigid training. Included in that training is a simulation of what happens in real projects such as specifications written in Japanese, sudden changes in specifications in the course of the development, daily progress reporting, design reviews, short schedules and thorough documentation. They are not only monitored with regards to their individual performances in the technical aspects of work but also in their attitude towards their work and manifest behavior with respect to the team. Trainees found not to have all of the necessary ingredients of a
TSPI employee are weeded out. And then only after serving as an associate on a live project do they get to handle modules of increasing difficulty. It’s no wonder our employees are well sought by Silicon Valley companies.
Cost-Savings
We offer 30% to more than 50% cost savings on your development costs. By low costs, however, we don’t mean low quality. In fact, what low cost really means is high quality. By carefully determining your needs, combined with our experience and tried and tested methodologies in design and project management, we do things right the first time. Schedule overruns and re-coding due to specifications misunderstanding, which are the root causes of creeping costs, are almost always avoided. We therefore provide you not only with a competitive price but also work of high quality, resulting to the highest value for your money.
With this value proposition, you are able to price your products lower than your competitors and gain market share. Or you can price at parity but with a bigger margin. In any which way, we are what you may call, your competitive advantage.
Customer Intimacy
We Filipinos are by nature, warm and friendly. We are also quite flexible to different kinds of cultures be they eastern, western southern or northern. That’s probably why you can almost find a Filipino in any corner of the globe, thriving in the service industry. We are proud of our heritage and we use it to our advantage.
And these characteristics are translated to how we deal with our clients. We always listen carefully to our customers. We strive to understand the expressed and unexpressed wishes of our clients. Our success stems from their success. Each client’s need is different from another’s and we try hard to continuously adapt, improve our processes, tweak our procedures and refine our services, if only to win that heartwarming smile and elusive approval. Serving the Japanese market for more than a decade now, we have learned well to value relationships. We endeavor to build trust, nurture understanding and gain mutual respect.
